Please take a look at this questionnaire, it's aimed at gay, lesbian or men who sleep with men/women who sleep with women who are aged 18+. The aim of this survey is to better understand same sex relationships and when things go wrong.

The questionnaire asks about alcohol use, general health and characteristics. It only takes around 10 min to complete and is completely confidential.
