Last Wednesday's South Lakes Girls February get together went well. Trans girls numbers are up and the best turn out so far, finishing about 11.00. Those contacted amounted at 80 this time and still other being indentified and contacting me. Offer of more email addresses may help the contact route.

Attendees from Barrow, Workington, Ulverston and a friend from Stoke visiting whilst returning from holidays in Gran Canaria. The next Resource Center is likely to be Tuesday 7th September 2010....

Hi

This is the last get together until Autumn. Due to light nights Ive been told by those that come out that they wont come back until September. So reluctantly decided to put off another meet after May until then.

So come along in May to 48-50 Suffolk st in Barrow called the Four Grove Resource Centre. The next meet starts at 7.15pm and is on Wednesday, 19^th May 2010.

The Cumbria Transgender Group is a social and support organisation for Transgender people and their families in Cumbria and surrounding areas.

The group was formed in 2005 when Ruth Chambers the then NW organiser for the Beaumount Society held an informal meeting for the Transgender community in Cumbria.
