Adult and Local Services, Cumbria County Council
are asking for your views on accessing services
and what you find makes this a good experience. We are doing this to
help us understand more about lives and concerns of people who are
lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (transsexual people) and will use
the information in Cumbria to help us:
• Improve our services
• understand your needs and priorities
• effectively respond to these
We would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes to complete the
questionnaire to help us achieve the above three aims. Taking part is
optional and you don’t have to answer all of the questions if you don’t
want to.
