A freestyle movement session for wellness and fun! Free!

We had a fantastic turn out for our Letting Go session! A wonderful group of people came, some for the first time, to let go, shake off some emotions and have fun!

The session is a sober space event, with an eighty minute free style dance session, where everyone is free to express themselves however they want, nobody is judging the moves!

We then have a talking circle where we get to speak if we want to, share things that have been going on in our lives and support each other. It sounds hippie dippie because it is…and we LOVE it!
